Our projects
Programmes that turn potential into enterprise.
Beyond our day-to-day incubation, ANBI runs flagship projects with government, industry and international development partners. Each one builds real businesses, new skills and lasting jobs across the iLembe District and beyond.

Regenerative agriculture
Agroecology
Growing sustainable agriculture. Building resilient communities.
Our Agroecology Programme empowers farmers, agripreneurs and rural communities to build profitable agricultural enterprises while protecting the environment. We combine regenerative farming practices with business development support to create sustainable livelihoods and stronger local food systems.
The programme promotes climate-smart agriculture, soil regeneration, biodiversity and sustainable food production through practical training, mentorship and enterprise incubation. By integrating traditional knowledge with modern agricultural innovation, we help farmers increase productivity, improve resilience and reach new markets.
What we offer
- Agroecology and regenerative agriculture training
- Farmer enterprise incubation and business development
- Cooperative development and market access support
- Agro-processing and value addition
- Seed conservation and climate-smart farming
- Funding readiness and investment support
- Mentorship and technical assistance
Creating lasting impact
Our work extends beyond farming. We develop agricultural entrepreneurs, strengthen rural economies and create opportunities for women and young people to participate meaningfully in the green economy. Through partnerships with government, educational institutions and development organisations, we are building a new generation of sustainable agricultural enterprises that contribute to food security, environmental stewardship and inclusive economic growth.
Building businesses that regenerate the land, strengthen communities and create sustainable prosperity.

Chemical manufacturing
Detergent Manufacturing
Creating manufacturers. Building sustainable businesses.
Funded by CHIETAThe ANBI Detergent Manufacturing Programme, funded by CHIETA (the Chemical Industries Education & Training Authority), equips unemployed graduates with the technical, business and entrepreneurial skills needed to establish successful detergent manufacturing enterprises.
The programme combines accredited detergent manufacturing training with entrepreneurship development, workplace experience and business incubation to prepare participants for sustainable self-employment. Rather than simply training job seekers, we develop business owners equipped to manufacture, brand, market and grow their own cleaning-product businesses.
What we offer
- Detergent manufacturing training
- Entrepreneurship and business management training
- Workplace experience and practical production
- Business incubation and mentorship
- Product development and quality assurance
- Branding, packaging and market readiness
- Business registration and funding support
White label manufacturing
ANBI also offers white label detergent manufacturing for entrepreneurs, retailers, distributors and organisations wanting to launch their own cleaning-product brands without investing in manufacturing equipment. We manufacture high-quality cleaning products that clients package and market under their own brand names. It is a fast, cost-effective route into the detergent industry, so aspiring entrepreneurs can focus on sales, marketing and growth while we ensure consistent quality.
Creating lasting impact
Our programme is transforming unemployed graduates into manufacturers, entrepreneurs and employers. By combining technical manufacturing skills with practical business support, we are creating new enterprises, generating employment opportunities and strengthening South Africa’s manufacturing sector.
