Career Guidelines

Nozipho Ndlovu is a Founder of Azmon Nimrod Consulting and CEO of Azmon Nimrod Business Incubator, who is passionate about Small Enterprise Development and Research in the area of Small Businesses. She has been involved in the Human Resources, Training and Recruitment industry for over two decades. Nozipho started her career at Cozens Recruitment then later joined British American Tobacco and The Kelly Group; she then proceeded to assume the role of Managing Partner at Zamokuhle Projects. Nozipho has been previously involved in the education industry as an Executive Committee Member at Regent Business School, Training Projects Manager at Twin Peak Management College and a Member of the Board of Governors for Management Colleges South Africa, (Mancosa). Nozipho previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for One Voice South Africa and is currently in the Board of Directors for Masutane Academy.

After matriculating from Durban Girls High School, Nozipho completed a Bachelor of Social Science Degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) at UKZN Graduate School of Business where her academic research was focused on Small Businesses.

She is the author of Manual of a Job Seeker – a book which assists the youth in their job search and career management process. The Career Guidance and Enterprise development Programme developed by Nozipho for High School learners has reached over 7000 learners in KwaZulu Natal through a partnershipwith One Voice South Africa.

Nozipho is currently involved in Small Business Training and Enterprise Development Training and Mentorship through Azmon Nimrod Consulting. She is a Certified National Trainer for the Empretec Program, (A United Nations Conference for Trade and Development program for Entrepreneurs).
