Career Guidelines
Buhle Khake is a seasoned leader in skills development, project management, and entrepreneurship support. As the current Centre Manager at Azmon Nimrod Business Incubator (ANBI), she oversees operational planning and playing a critical role in driving entrepreneurship initiatives within the iLembe District.
Buhle brings over 20 years of experience across multiple sectors, including economic development, education, and public service. She has held key positions, such as Training Manager at OneVoice South Africa and a tax consultant with SARS, where she managed compliance initiatives and stakeholder workshops throughout KwaZulu-Natal. Additionally, she has been instrumental in designing women-led economic initiatives and facilitating community engagement programs for the Ugu District Municipality.
Buhle's academic journey is equally impressive. She is currently pursuing an Occupational Certificate in Training and Development Practice at Train You Can while holding a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from eLangeni TVET College (2022). She also has certifications in Project Management, Skills Development Facilitation, and Assessor and Moderator Training, ensuring she stays at the forefront of best practices in capacity-building and accredited training administration.
In addition to her professional work, Buhle serves her community as Chairperson of the Home of Love NPO and Board Member at First Love Christian Educare Centre, reflecting her deep commitment to education and social upliftment. Her leadership at ANBI is marked by a strategic focus on building sustainable ecosystems for youth-led enterprises and empowering future entrepreneurs through innovative programs and training.
